Can You Pop This Dent Out?

That’s a question I hear a lot, and I usually get stuck on the premise. You see very few dents will just “pop out”, and if they do “pop”, most of the time they require additional work to remove them completely. The most common types of automotive dents we repair here at IndepenDent PDR Specialists are dents caused by hail damage, door dings or minor mishaps in parking lots, driveways and garages.

That said, we can and do fix some pretty hairy dents and sometimes surprise ourselves. We are always pushing the envelope of what is possible with Paintless Dent Repair. Our industry has grown in leaps and bounds the past several years in tool and technique innovation and we here at IndepenDent PDR Specialists are constantly keeping up to date with the latest develepments.

We certainly cannot fix all types of damage. For example (for you Longmire fans) if you happen to be a Sheriff of a rural Wyoming County and get distracted by a campaign sign belonging to one of your deputies then overcorrect and end up laying your ’94 Bronco over in the ditch there’s a very high possibility we cannot help.

We are always willing to look though. If we cannot repair your vehicle we can advise you on the best course to get your vehicle fixed even if that means referring you to a quality conventional repair shop here in Santa Fe.

Incidentally, when we moved into our location at 41 Bisbee Ct. unit B3, here in Santa Fe there was a business name on the back door. It read “Wyoming Ridge Cargo”. I had never heard of that company but didn’t think much of it until I was removing it and our neighbor came over and said, “Yeah, they filmed a Longmire scene back here,” (I imagine that look of disappointment on Sheriff Longmire’s face could be due to him hearing the news that we can’t fix the Bronco) I wasn’t a fan at the time, but because of the connection, my wife and I began watching the series to find the episode our shop appeared in. We found it in Season 2 Episode 4. By that time we were hooked and watched the rest of the series.
